An Easier Road to Home Short Stay Program

Road to Home Short Stay Program is designed for individuals who are being discharged from the hospital or rehabilitation center and do not physically feel ready to return directly home, or may be concerned about the coordination of services as outlined by their physician-prescribed recovery plan. A short stay at the Personal Care Residence at The Village at Utz Terrace may just be what the individual needs to help them return to their home while achieving a full recovery faster.

Respite Short-Term Care

The Personal Care Residence also accommodates respite care stays. This provides caregivers with a chance to take a break and have peace of mind knowing their loved one is receiving the highest level of care while you get a well-earned break. Respite care provides the perfect solution whether your loved one needs:

Respite has been proven to provide a positive experience for both the person receiving the care and the caregiver themselves. Respite stays are a maximum of 30 days and dependent upon suite availability. All of the services and amenities that personal care residents enjoy are available to respite guests as well.
